Shipping and Returns
All jewellery is delivered securely worldwide by courier, and I provide a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order. I only use premium couriers to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that delivery times will vary, all depending on your location. So if you need the item for a special occasion, please order well in advance.
Return policy for jewellery marked as in stock
I really want for you to be delighted with your new piece of jewellery, and because of this I offer a 30 days return policy on all in stock* jewellery items. This means you have 30 business days from you receive your jewellery to get in touch and request to return the item or have it exchanged for another of the same or higher value against an additional payment for the item of the higher value. Items for return must be unworn, and undamaged and returned in their original packaging using a premium and insured shipping method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. I accept no responsibility for returned items lost in the transit, and no refund will be issued for returned items lost in transit.
Return policy for jewellery made to order
For all made to order items** no refunds of the deposit are given once a final confirmation email has been sent and the piece has gone into production. Before that I will have been in touch to discuss the order and size with you, and confirm that you wish to go ahead with the order. After the final order confirmation is sent your jewellery item may already have gone into production.
In the unlikely event that you find that your new jewellery is not as expected in quality or size or that it is damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt at the latest to request a return. Item should be returned to me unworn and in its original packaging. Once I receive the item, I will evaluate the issue and offer to mend, repair, or issue a full refund. Before shipping any item for return please await a return authorization email from me.
