FAQ

1. Is it safe to ship jewellery? 

Yes, I only use reliable and trusted couriers to ship our jewellery, such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, and the shipment is fully insured.

2. Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders over €250, and we charge minimal fee for all other orders

3. Do you ship internationally?

I ship worldwide, though the shipping fee may vary depending on the shipping destination. If you have one of the international couriers operating where you live, then no problem.

4. How long does it take to get my jewellery

In stock items are shipped within 2 days, and delivery time would depend on your location, but I aim to get your jewellery to you as fast as I can. Generally shipping takes around 5-10 days.

5. What do you mean by jewellery "in stock" or "made to order"?

Most of my jewellery is made to order because I only manufacture in stock (premade) items in very limited quantities and sizes.  All designs in the store are available as made to order in custom sizes, whether in stock or not.  The reason I do it this way, is that allows me to focus on creating more new and interesting designs made individually to fit you, rather than just bulk mass-production of that same. It is a common practice with bespoke and custom jewellery. And while it takes a little longer, I can assure you it is well worth the wait.

6. How long does it take before I get my made to order item?

Once I receive your order I will begin manufacturing and hand-finishing which generally takes 4-6 weeks. All precious metal jewellery requires hallmarking by law and has to be sent off to the Assay Office for testing and stamping.  If you need the made to order jewellery for a special occasion, please be sure to order it well in advance.

7. How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number for the courier when I ship the order. Simply go to the website of courier which allow to see and keep track of the status of your package.

8. What if my items doesn't fit or I find something else wrong with it?

I want you to be happy with your piece of jewellery and for you to be able to wear it for many years to come. To protect both of us I have a return policy in place, and I ask you to get in touch immediately if the product is damaged and not fitting as expected. For items made to order there will be plenty of communication of regarding the fit of your item, but I do expect you to know your ring size.

9. Is sterling silver good for rings?

Sterling silver is ideal for jewellery. It is durable and has a bright and lasting silver lustre. It is what is called an alloy and consists of 92.5 % pure silver and other metals, mostly copper, hence the name 925 sterling silver. Because pure silver is very malleable and soft, this means it can be bent out of shape and scratched easily. So we use an alloy instead. Sterling silver is a safe choice, and the reasonable price compared to gold at the moment allows for bigger pieces of jewellery.
